CDs of my new “covers” album are currently being manufactured! We’ve had the front cover artwork posted for a while and the first single, “Good Time Charlie’s Got The Blues”  was released Friday April 3rd.

Producer Steve Greenwell and I started to work on the record a year ago and finished it while I was on tour in Florida this past January. We took plenty of time to get this release right. I think it’s paid off.

I’m very pleased with these performances. Those of you who’ve enjoyed Todd Lanka on upright bass and the lead guitar stylings of George Naha will find a lot to like!  I kept them both good and loud in the mix.

That night (March 7) we weren’t entirely sure everyone would actually come out to the show. This was right on the cusp of things—a coronavirus outbreak in nearby New Rochelle had everyone starting to feel nervous. By the next weekend, concerts all over the east coast were being canceled or postponed.
A portion of all revenue is donated to the Blue Rose Foundation, which provides pre-school scholarships to financially disadvantaged children.
