“It used to be all I had to worry about was music, beer and girls, probably in that order,” laughs Steve Forbert. However, only three years ago, Forbert’s life changed drastically when he was diagnosed with cancer. But these days, he’s back on the road in top form, much to the delight of a legion of fans, many of whom have been following him since his 1979 breakout hit, “Romeo’s Tune” and the Jackrabbit Slim album.
